Welcome to Colliers Adventure Farm Ltd!
When you confirm your purchase of entry to Colliers Adventure Farm Ltd we are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between us at Colliers Adventure Farm Ltd and you.
Your Commitment to us:
You agree to abide by our safety play rules and supervise your child/children at all times.
You agree to adhere to our advice and supervise your child/ children to wash their hands thoroughly with soap and warm water after all animal contact and before eating or drinking.
Entry must be pre booked and you must arrive at your specified booking time, this ensures your child’s safety and allows our staff the time to prepare for the next booking slot.
From your specified arrival time you and your child/children have 2 hours to enjoy the indoor and outdoor activities at the farm park.
Opening times are 9:00am - 5:00pm everyday, (hours will differ over the Christmas period). Opening hours are subject to change, and at times it may be necessary to restrict certain facilities due to weather conditions or operational reasons. We will endeavour to publicise any changes on our website, social media site and at our reception area. We strongly advise checking relevant details before you arrive.
Prices are subject to change, but won’t affect you if you have already booked your slot.
Children under 18 months of age are admitted free of charge, along with a paying adult.
Some rides and activities will have age restrictions for safety reasons
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to be permitted entry, and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Colliers Adventure Farm Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry. Unacceptable behaviour, aggression and violence towards our staff, customers or animals will not be tolerated.
Cancellation and Refunds Policy:
Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for cancellation but you are able, or we can help you, to reschedule your visit to a time and day when it is more convenient for you to visit us.

If you want to make a complaint, please email admin@colliersfarm.uk as soon as possible so that the matter can be resolved as quickly as possible.
